Terms & Conditions

Rooms are to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure -late check out will result in additional charges.Please note that the balance on your account will automatically be processed on the card made at the time of booking.This will be processedon the morning of your departure.If you wish a different method of payment (eg cash or alternative card) then please advise us during check in.Any additional extras that are added to your invoice may take up to 48 hours to be processed on your card.

For your information rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival.
Please note that we do not have any facilities at the hotel for EV Charging points. If you have an electric vehicle then we can advise of thenearest EV Charging points.We do not allow people to bring their own chargers to charge from the hotel.

Please note that we do not allow dogs.

The hotel reserves the right to charge full room tariff should we not be able to re-sell the room due to any of the following:
*Smoking in Bedroom.
*Breakages or damages rendering the room incomplete to resell to another guest.
*Specialist room cleaning including carpet shampooing required.
*Payment will be taken from the account for any loss or damage to the hotel.

If your arrival time is expected to be after 9.30pm then you must pre-arrange this with the hotel.(Please telephone 01461 338214).Failure to notify us may result in cancellation of your booking.

The front door and the back door have a Ring Video Doorbell in operation..

Cancellations:
All cancellations must be received in writing, if you do not receive confirmation of a cancellation within 7 days of cancelling then please contact the hotel.
Bedrooms:
48 hours or more before arrival -loss of deposit paid
Less than 48 hours before arrival -payment in full
(Please note that all deposits paid are non refundable and non transferable).
We recommend taking out travel insurance in case of cancellation, as deposits paid are non refundable.

The hotel may cancel the reservation if it has to close due to circumstances beyond its control (Force Majeure) or if the booking may prejudice the reputation or cause damage to the hotel.

Miscellaneous:
We reserve the right to alter the hotel charges.However, a minimum of 6 months notice will be given.
Only food and beverages purchased from the hotel may be consumed on the premises/picnic tables and we do not operate a corkage facility.
Any loss or damage to hotel property will be charged in full.The hotel reserves the right to automatically deduct the required amount from the card and send a written receipt.
Cheques will only be accepted with a bankers card and up to the guaranteed limit.
Paying a deposit accepts these terms and conditions.

Any bicycles on the premises are left at the sole responsibility of the guest and the hotel will accept no responsibility for these items.(Please note that we do not allow bicycles in the bedrooms).Please contact the hotel direct to discuss.

When completing the online registration form, you are confirming that the card that the room was booked on is the card that you wish any balance to be processed on.If you require this to be on a different card then this card will be presented upon arrival.
