Rooms are to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure – late check out will result in additional charges.
Upon check in a credit/debit card will be required, payment will be taken from this card in the event of non-payment of the account or for any loss or damages to the hotel.
The hotel reserves the right to charge full room tariff should we not be able to re-sell the room due to any of the following:
*Smoking in Bedroom.
*Breakages or damages rendering the room incomplete to resell to another guest.
*Specialist room cleaning including carpet shampooing required.
If your arrival time is expected to be after 10.30pm then you must pre-arrange this with the hotel.
Failure to notify us may result in cancellation of your booking.
All cancellations must be received in writing, if you do not receive confirmation of a cancellation within 7 days of cancelling then please contact the hotel.
48 hours or more before arrival – loss of deposit paid
Less than 48 hours before arrival – payment in full
If you have paid via a third party booking agent, then payment will have been paid in full for the accommodation at the time of booking and this is non refundable and non transferable.
The hotel may cancel the reservation if it has to close due to circumstances beyond its control or if the booking may prejudice the reputation or cause damage to the hotel.In such an event all deposits and payments will be refunded in full but with no further liability.
We reserve the right to alter the hotel charges.However, a minimum of 6 months notice will be given.
Only food and beverages purchased from the hotel may be consumed on the premises and we do not operate a corkage facility.
Any loss or damage to hotel property will be charged in full.The hotel reserves the right to automatically deduct the required amount from the card and send a written receipt.
Cheques will only be accepted with a banker’s card and up to the guaranteed limit.
Paying a deposit accepts these terms and conditions.
