From 26th March 2006, due to Scottish Legislation smoking will not be allowed in the public areas.

We can provide on return from your wedding ceremony and before your wedding meal, bucks fizz, sparkling wine, champagne or drink of your choice to be served upon return (mulled wine available in winter.) Smaller parties of under 10 may choose to have sandwiches on return from the ceremony, and a meal later on in the evening in the dining room.)

Private function rooms can be booked for your wedding meal (Wedding menus A, B, C or D.) We have two tartan carpetted function rooms - one catering for parties up to 20 in number, and the other catering from 21 to 50 for sit down meals.

Wine can be served to your guests with your meal chosen from our wine list (for information you get 6 glasses to the bottle).

Whilst tea and coffee is being served, toast wine can be provided in preparation for speeches and cake cutting.

Guests will then return to the lounge area for the evening.

Discos are available on request - subject to availability and terms & conditions - please ask for further details. Please note that discos are normally private functions for your guests only.  Quite often, when you have a disco as part of your wedding function you may be the only bride & groom within the hotel.
